Summer is probably my favorite season. I’m a Leo so my need for Sun, warmer temperature, more light, blue sky etc… is like breathing to me.

Don’t launch soft blankets on me, most of the time Hygge is presented as an Autumn/Fall and Winter only thing. But, the truth is, Danish people experience it all year long. So why not in Summer?

It can be tricky to transition from one season to the other (even when you’re aware of the slow life movement or the seasonal way of embracing life).

Let me share a little secret with you. Every season has a Hygge flavour, it can be embraced on a light way or you could dive in head first. The choice is yours and this is a beauty of Hygge. It’s a tool you can use to feel more confident, capable, and calm 24/7.
