Today I’m asking you one simple question: Can We Really Choose Happiness?
Welcome to The Hygge Planner Show Episode #27, your 8-min break to make the Danish way of life simple & plan a lifestyle that cares for you and your cosiness.
I don’t know if it’s Venus retrograde related but a couple of myths pop up into my face recently… and yes, it makes me cringe.
Let’s see if we really can choose happiness or if it’s a little more complicated than that….
For the record… I’ve never ever seen someone who consciously do/behave/look for sadness in his/ her life.
In my humble opinion, most of us do our best to roll with what the life brings to us. You’re learning to manage what’s coming. You do your best not to sink, &, hopefully, you’ll be rewarded in a way or another.
Yes, drinking a cup of Thé des Moines watching Midsomer Murder is a form of reward.
In this episode, I’ll discuss:
- Why A huge part of our mindset and beliefs comes from our childhood
But, hey, we’re adults now so it’s my life and my choices…
Happiness is a personal journey, not a one size fits all feeling.
Happiness has its roots in your childhood which makes it tricky to overcome (even as grown up).
But, the good thing is, you know have the time, the resource, and the power to create your own happiness (and it doesn’t have to follow the trends or the social norms).
The highest form of happiness is to be free (to me).
The best is yet to come.
