This is something I do every season.
I update my hygge kit so it stays congruent with the season I’m in. For the last couple of years, I’m more and more attracted to following the rhythm of each season. It looks like each season brings its own “flavour” to my life.
From Spring when things “start over”, Summer where you can “harvest” from all your hard work, Fall when you’re preparing for darker days, and Winter when you rest and be ready for a new cycle.
It naturally helps me to decrease my stress, to enjoy the moment I’m in (and not what’s coming in the next 4 months), and to release unnecessary anxiety.
