The nitty gritty definition of Cosiness: The Hygge Planner Show

This is something I do every season.

I update my hygge kit so it stays congruent with the season I’m in. For the last couple of years, I’m more and more attracted to following the rhythm of each season. It looks like each season brings its own “flavour” to my life.

From Spring when things “start over”, Summer where you can “harvest” from all your hard work, Fall when you’re preparing for darker days, and Winter when you rest and be ready for a new cycle.

It naturally helps me to decrease my stress, to enjoy the moment I’m in (and not what’s coming in the next 4 months), and to release unnecessary anxiety.

Today I’m talking about how to create a Spring Hygge Kit that fits in your purse

I’ll discuss:

  • The ideal size of a Hygge Kit

  • The ONE rule I never break about my Hygge Kit

  • The swaps I make from Winter to Spring

The best is yet to come.

Think about your Hygge kit as a portable version of your Hygge Box (There’re million of pins that tell you what to add in a hygge box). If you’re not familiar with what A Hygge Box is, please send a message at clientcare@thehyggeplanner.com and I’ll be more than happy to answer you.

This week end, take 5 minutes to:

  • list what you’d like to carry with you on a daily basis to feel cosy and comfy

  • find a tiny pouch/ box/ or whatever

  • fill your hygge kit with the bare minimum items you’ve listed above

and join the 2000+ members of The Hygge Lounge virtual community (choose the Hygge Balance topic of interest) to get exclusive content, early bird access to free and paid opportunities, & goodies right in your inbox.
