TESTIMONIAL AUTHORIZATION & RELEASE
I understand my feedback or testimonial may be used in connection with publicizing and promoting THE HYGGE PLANNER. I authorize THE HYGGE PLANNER to use my name, brief biographical information, my business logo, my photograph, and the feedback I send.
I hereby irrevocably authorizeTHE HYGGE PLANNER to copy, exhibit, publish or distribute the Testimonial for purposes of publicizing THE HYGGE PLANNER programs, services or for any other lawful purpose. These statements may be used in printed publications, multimedia presentations, on websites or in any other distribution media. I agree that I will make no monetary or other claim against THE HYGGE PLANNER for the use of the statement.
In addition, I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product, including written copy, wherein my likeness or my testimonial appears. I further agree that my testimonial may be edited and that the edited or partial versions of the testimonial may be published. However, my testimonial will never be edited in such a way as to create a misleading impression of my views.
I hereby hold harmless and release THE HYGGE PLANNER from all claims, demands and causes of action which I, my heirs, representatives, executors, administrators or any other persons acting on my behalf or on behalf of my estate have or may have by reason of this authorization.
I have read the Authorization and Release and give my consent for the use as indicated above.
I may terminate this licence by giving 14 days written notice of termination.
SECTION 1 – WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?
When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.
When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.
Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.
When you send a testimonial, it may be used for any promotion, commercial, non commercial use with no other permission from you.
All your collected data has been declared to the CNIL (french administration who authorizes the collection of personal data for commercial use) under the number 1651545

How do you get my consent?
When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.

We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.
SECTION 4 – ONLINE PAYMENTS: STRIPE
Our store is hosted on Stripe.
Stripe’s services in Europe are provided by a Stripe affiliate—Stripe Payments Europe Limited (“Stripe Payments Europe”)—an entity located in Ireland. In providing Stripe Services, Stripe Payments Europe transfers personal data to Stripe, Inc. in the US. In addition to Privacy Shield, Stripe continues to employ additional compliance measures to ensure an adequate level of protection of personal data transferred outside the European Economic Area.

If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is managed by Stripe and we have NO access to your private banking information.
